Hadassah Poem by Esther Hadassah Sendeza

Hadassah means Myrtle tree.

When I digged up facts about the Myrtle tree. It explains how powerful the name is and how Hadassah Esther from the bible was blessed having this name.

The Myrtle tree is well known for growing perfectly in the wilderness.
Let me unpack the meaning of wilderness; Wilderness means an uncultivated, uninhabited, and inhospitable region; it means a neglected or abandoned area... a position of disfavour.

See, a space where a tree shouldn't grow, the Myrtle tree grows...it blooms even when conditions are not favourable.

Hadassah will bloom throughout her life in unfavourable conditions. So did Queen Esther Hadassah from the bible in the hardest time of her life and her people facing death..she bloomed..she stopped it..even when the conditions and odds were not in her favour she found favour in the eyes of her King and in the eyes of God.

I believe that wherever I am placed on this earth, I will bloom, regardless of the conditions and more so..when the conditions are unfavourable.

Today the 20th of September 2020 as I am finalising this piece, I need my name to come through for me. I am going through so much that I cannot see myself blooming within the condition I am in. But i still trust that God will see me through, for when i am weak..then he is strong.

A wonderful poem well conveyed. Informative and very inspiring. We are endowed by God with great qualities to overcome obstacles in life.
