Yes, I took pageant as a 'procession' only and hence named it senyru. Thank you for reminding me the other way :) the scene is from Nepal but not clicked by me! I took it from a random website, I might get sued for copyright issue some day! ! Rhododendron is the National flower of Nepal and they say we have more than 30 species of them here.

I wouldn't say it's a senryu. It's a haiku - pageant is not only a 'procession', but also a 'show'/'display'.. so it can be used, with this meaning (it expresses a subtle irony, too)
