Halloween At The Center
Halloween Party at P.V. Community Center, decorated to the
hilt, beautifully done in orange and black.
Elderly seniors dressed in various costumes for the event.
Smiles everywhere, music playing delightfully, brightening
the atmosphere and giving quite a show.
