Happy Birthday - Poem by Juan Olivarez

The day is finally here,
Little Roman has arrived.
It's time to dry that tear,
He's healthy, a new life.

Happy birthday little Roman,
We all waited for so long.
Everyone for you was longing,
My, those lungs, are very strong.

What a blessing you will be,
To your mommy and your dad.
And we just can't wait to see,
What the good lord has ahead.

Base ball glove, or a guitar,
What will be your hearts desire.
I know you will be a star,
to whatever you aspire.
