Happy Mother's Day Poem by Lawrence Hiung

Happy Mother's Day

Rating: 5.0

O Mary, Mother of God,
You are my everlasting Mother,
You help me and protect every one of us,
Whatever it might be, unlike other;

O Mother dear,
You are my most beloved Mother,
With your two hands you did so much,
It is beyond any words thinkable.

Comfort thy O Mother,
And endeavor to do,
What is conducive to
The happiness of her heart.

O Mother, Mary
Give us all the blessings and unconditional love,
Taking care of us all the time,
Thank you so much, O Mother Mary.

Mothers around the world,
The burden and suffering you carry are so great,
They beat every Guinness Book world records made,
But you know your responsibilities have not ended yet.

Be sure to enjoy this joyous day,
For love is poured especially for you,
Cherish and remember this wonderful day,
For you all are the greatest mothers.

May God Bless All Mothers on Earth;
Happy Mother’s Day to Our Beloved mothers.

This beautiful poem was written by Ms Marelda Chong appeared in Young Momentum column, page 14 Daily Express newspaper dated 13 May 2007. This poem was composed to pay special tribute to our Mary, the Mother of God and who is our Mother to our Lord, Jesus Christ. She is always play a role model to our all mothers on this Earth and showed us how to love our mother and their children. However, I had revised and improvised some of the wordings in 3rd,5th. add new two paragraphs in 4th and 6th stanza. Hope you all enjoy reading this lovely poem dedicated to all mothers around the world. Mother is a most important person in a person life, without mother's love, we are lost in our life direction and we have special bond with our life.
