Happy New Year! !
It is a once again a new year cool
For us to celebrate nice and new
And learn from yesterdays fool
The man in the mirror; Phew!
And not commit the same blunders again
But be wiser from experience to gain
New trophies with new resolutions true
And build new dreams below the dome of blue
New reasons to hold hands and broadly smile
As our mortal souls cover those dusty miles...........

With awareness, for some. comes insight and an ability to recognize our shortcomings. Emerson said to FINISH EACH DAY AND BE DONE WITH IT, YOU HAVE DONE WHAT YOU COULD. he goes on to say that you have blundered but tomorrow you will rise and have a chance to be better. But only those with awareness have that power. I fail miserably time and again but I do not live in denial and I aim to improve. Moving forward, always forward no matter how many times I take a step backward.
