Hardly We Match Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Hardly We Match

Not to air illusions
About sacred relations
It is give and take
There is no room for retake

Everyone here
Loves self, therefore
We are human first
And sage at the last

No one shall compel
Or insist to speak well
Have own path
To speak and laugh

Hardly we match?
And catch
With views
Yet we pay regard to dues

One should align
And resign
Separately
To lead happily

Think of separate entity
With own dignity
But enlighten humanity
That is wish from an almighty
