Harmony - Poem by Theresa Ann Moore
Sounds with crystal tones
Relieve anxiety and moans
The resonance eases stress
Calming a spirit under duress
Each cell of the human anatomy
Responds to vibrant harmony
Within the body and soul
The soothing rhythm of life tolls
Each molecule automatically sings
In constant motion with orbiting wings
An orchestra in perfect synchronization…
Balance creates a comforting sensation
