Have You Ever Read? Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Have You Ever Read?

Rating: 5.0

Have you ever read the face lines?
Of person who is in distress?
He is almost sunk and wants to end the life
Life seems to him so cruel and like an edge of knife

Under such situation, he needs kind words
Some kind of sympathy and little work
If it is personal loss then solace will do
In some financial losses, little assistance may prove true

It is general feeling and almost warranted
Human being is natural animal and always wanted
Another human being to rush to his side
Ask about problem and share or divide

He may remember it for all the times to come
The assistance that was really needed to welcome
Even some of the good advice cost nothing in person
As words may prove helpful with reasons

There is no dearth of advice providers
And no shortage of real seekers too
It needs no extra cost to prove helpful
Only words rendered must be purposeful
