We have faith
So, we say a prayer,
Without that faith
Would we even care,
Could a soul ever grow
If faith wasn't there,
To that answer we do not know
So, we never guess, or lay bare.
There is also that trust
And then there's a belief,
It is honest and just
Without pain or grief,
If we do not have hope
Or hold on to our convictions,
Alone, how could we cope
When we are confused with restrictions.
