He Cannot Escape This...



how did he ever escape
this poetry of confession?

how could he? when he loves
his voice speaking to him

as though he is different
from what he is and whatever

will he be? from this day
forward, till tomorrow comes

his voice speaks to him
and he likes it
autobiographical and
foreboding
