Health Is Wealth



Eat your margarine spread thin
It will lower your cholesterol then

Greens off your plate don't wait
Don't eat any sugar you'll feel great

Omega 3 in the fish you eat
Red meat is not the beat

Everything in moderation
For your health for elation

Exercise every day
Is your mainstay.
