Heart Hope - Poem by Douglas Scotney

Your heart is touched
when you're no longer able to do
what you were able to.

Your touched heart
touches too,
others hearts,

which hope there's a heaven,
no pay for offending,
when, disorders contending,

you meet your ending.

A profound cameo about the human heart and eventual death, which
I have been thinking about lately.

We all have to meet our ending one day. Let it not be too soon.
