Heart To Lover Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Heart To Lover

Rating: 5.0

I was almost fainted
When she related
Her desire to offer
Heart to a lover

“Enter my heart”
She was holding it as an art
Almost smilingly
And willingly

I ventured to find
Her beautiful and lovable kind object
It was in solid palm
It was enough to cause no calm

The space I did not find
But heard her voice kind
It was almost appealing
The heart was revealing

She felt shy
I needed no try
I did not lie
But her silence made me to flee

Now I must sue
Arrest her and offer due place
In case she tried to flee
I was now frank and free

I am certain
She will refrain
From saying no
At this much I know

She has lovely heart
That speaks as kind art
Beats decently for me alone
The lovely moments are not yet gone
