Heaven-Haunted Poem by james watkin

Heaven-Haunted

Alive; but am I?
Awake, only
To be more conscious of it;
This, a world lost.

Like hilled place, haunts yet
Long past, sanely
What ought to have cleared, mists for
Its lovely ghost.
