Heed the soft beat of your heart
Hear it resound in your mind
See this old world through young eyes
Leaving all sorrows behind

Feel the green grass ‘neath your feet
Savour the perfume around
Breathe-in the redolent air
Listen to ev'ry new sound

Watch all the birds flying high
Touch all the flowers in bloom
Love ev'ry beautiful thing
Chasing away all the gloom

Dance in the rain, through the storm
Sing in the darkest of days
Follow the dreams that you dream
Finding your way through the haze

Bury your tears in the sand
Watch them dissolve fast away
Let them return to the sea
Be with the dolphins at play

Nurture the light in your eyes
Focus on all fixed above
Raising your head to the skies
Be a believer in love
