Held By Your Zeal Poem by Nunam Lawati

Held By Your Zeal

For being the person
I did not intend to fall in love,
I was naive, i was dumb
Peculiarly your forbidden angel.
The world that we were in
Extort with disgrace,
Compiled with derecliction
Was sympathized with deep space.
Maybe it was just a moment
Held on with infatuation,
Your soul was still yours
And mine filled with confusions.
The deeper i drowned
Deeper the pains were,
The more i held on
Weaker the hearts were.
