Hell To Pay Poem by Ronald Strickland

Hell To Pay

Had a cat that ran away, and dog that wouldn't stay,
and a wife that would say, "my man my man, I need you to do things myway".

I replied "my wife my wife, we had a cat that ran away and a dog that
wouldn't stat, Why should i do things your way"?

She replied "my man my man the cat ran away and the dog didn't stay, because they knew, it would be hell to pay if i didn't get things my way".
