We traveled together, you and I
We braved the great unknown
We spent, together, many nights
to stay the dark, alone.

The train brought us to the sea
like all things
never to be fully grasped
the tide drifting in
and leaving inconspicuously.

But still we went
because we were called,
you and I:
the automotive,
and the sea.

We wake up early, barefoot in the freezing sand.
We hum together with the rhythm tide.
We fuse with the surf.
Collapsing in the wake of change.
Perhaps we should go back
to surfing couches.

I left a note,
under your pillow.
To carry on your dreams
even as you wake.
And walk with you throughout the day.
And talk with you while I'm away.

I like
painting our unborn
with raspberries.
The moon dreams of taking moonlit walks like we do,
Our hand signs say forevereverever.

I'm getting to know you, more.
I think I'll spend the rest of my life with you.
Because, I've never met anyone else like you.

I am daily baffled,
another infinite sudoku.
My ring continues,
returns to its unknown origin.
