Finally she gave in
I had to wait for years to gain
The access needed to know her
Read mind and lean on shoulder

I was speechless
When she turned her face
To express desire through eyes
I could see anxiety and guess

She had loved me with all that sincerity
I had tremendous love and faith in almighty
I always prayed for her safety and well being
She was angel and beautiful queen in the eyes of king

I understand her plight
Nothing was going right
She always cried for hours
Disclosed nothing and willingly bore

She is made of strong mettle
Not other woman could easily settle
She stood her ground well
For world to know and tell

She is woman to her self
She has much to hide in like sea shelf
She is not prepared to stake her honor
Yet very much anxious as woman to stand for

I have known her for years
When I was just kid and stayed away with fears
The poet in me was searching a soul
She stood there at gate with inviting call
