Her Warm Smile Poem by Abbie Gorsuch

She looks up at the stars and moon
and feels a warm smile come accross her cheeks
she had been so sad before, she was
waiting for that smile for weeks.

but then the clouds cover the moon
she starts to wonder why she couldnt get over him
she remembers saying they wouldnt last
and now she's done remembering the past

she soon forgets about him and how they didnt last
forgets about how he broke her heart
she forgets the pain that she felt that day
and finds her warm smile and now its here to stay!
