Here Am I Lord

Here am I Lord bend me
And make me usable
Not to do my own thing
But submitted unto Your will
Filled Lord with compassion
Ready to seek the lost
With a love unwavering
Because of Calvary's Cross

For You did not give up on me
How I thank You Lord for that
When I was wandering far astray
You knew where I was at
Though I did not love You then
Your love surrounded me
Until I surrendered to Your Word
Then...praise God! ...You set me free

Here am I Lord bend me
I'm needing it once again
To remind me of my former self
The way I lived back then
And how deliverance came to me
When You came to seek my soul
And broight to me so great Salvation
That made me feel so whole

And now my life with sin's forgiven
How can I not give back
The debt I owe to You Lord
So others may know the fact
That God is love and for each sinner
There's grace available today
The requirement remains...genuine repentance
I trust today's your day!
