Hidden Pain Poem by Kanu Lawrence

Sometimes it seems so real to be true
as I opened my heart for you
as lonely it is
trying to find comfort with your words
like a soothing balm in a raw wound

I wish you log inside my heart
and explore all the pain and anger
and know why all these tears are flowing ceaselessly

I only wish like if you do me this little favour
to explain to me why all this world is growing on my shoulder.
Why I bear it all alone
without nobody to share the burden with.
