His Life Poem by Vincent Toll

His Life

Rating: 5.0

He sits there alone in the Dark
Tears streaming from his eyes,
Wishing things would be different.

He gets up and walks out the door,
Bottling up all the pain inside,
Showing no emotion as he walks
Through the gates of hell.

He goes through school in sorrow,
But no one knows how he truly feels.
Fooling everyone with a fake smile.

He is losing his ability to fake a smile,
Due to the unsurpressable pain built up inside.
He acts crazy so people leave him alone.
He is close to giving up on his meaningless life.
Trying to hang onto a few good things,
But there doesn’t seem to be anything left.

Every good thing that he has ever had
Has always been ripped from his hands.
He doesn’t seem to have anything left to be taken.

He has finally lost everything that had ever given him a happy feeling inside his broken heart.
Everyone that has ever cared for him is gone.

Even his “so called” parents,
Hate him and wish that he would
Just die so they won’t have to deal with him.

He wonders why he is still living
In a world that has turned its back on him,
Plotting against him, making it seem like like hes a failure.
I think that if anyone truly cares about him,
Or loves him should prove they do and show him. He cant go on living like this or his life will surely End.
