Holi (The Festival Of Colours) Poem by Raghurama Raju

Holi (The Festival Of Colours)

Colours and colours, everywhere!
To spread, sprinkle and spray
Across the faces and upon the clothes!
Chasing or being chased is just for fun!
Colourful crowds parade the streets
turning the day into a celebration of colours!
Men and women on the day
look like walking rainbows!

Your written words are a festival of paint and primal joy - I see the picture plainly..

Chasing or being chased is just for fun! Colourful crowds parade the deserted streets turning the day into a celebration of colours! They are walking rainbows, the men and the women. lovely conception. tony
