f you enjoy the look of windmills
Then you’ll really appreciate ones
Beautiful strong windmills of course
That Holland is truly so fond

Their beauty is so astounding
Enormous they are in size
Holland has always had them
If competing they’d win a prize

They are everywhere in Holland
They truly adorn the land
And the blades upon the structure
Make a wide and gracious span

Wouldn’t you love to visit Holland
Where the windmills are the norm?
Can you imagine all the action
From a wild and vicious storm?

Ah yes, they are a treasure
One that Holland can be proud of
It is one of the things they’re known for
And they’re built with style and love!
