Holy Shrine Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Holy Shrine

Lord shiva*
Represents burning lava
If opens his third eye
Burns everything dead or alive

“Such is greatness” old scriptures read
Long marchers, in columns, lead
For just glimpse
With all kind of repentance and remorse

Lord shiva* is considered
As very kind
Fulfills all desires of followers
And accepts honest prayers

It is matter of self satisfaction
And consolation
That little glimpse of lord is seen
Such is reflection of great faith that is rare scene

It is matter of faith
That remains with each count of breathe
Life is put on risk as gamble plan
All along to reach snow clad shrine from plain land

*Lord Shiva …….Hindus deity
