Honey And Molasses Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Honey And Molasses

Honey and Molasses to drink,
Wisdom and a vision reveal;
On earth! !
An attempt to make life easier for others;
Inventions.

The 'Braille' was invented by LOUIS Braille in 1829;

LOUIS Blériot flew the English Channel in 1909 (in the spirit of ST. LOUIS) ;
Of the first solo flight crossing from New York to Paris!
Charles Augustus Lindbergh was acredited for his efforts.

LOUIS Joliet was a French-Canadian explorer! !
Who explored the Mississippi River;

LOUIS XIV of France ruled for 72 years!
As he succeeded the throne at the age of four;

Robert LOUIS Stevenson wrote the Treasure Island (1883) ;
Born in Edinburgh (Scotland) .

Of mankind's innovative minds to produce things needed on earth;
To improve the status of life!
Research upon research;
Teaching and learning along.

Like gravity! ! !
In view of falling bodies;
Galileo Galilei (an Italian) ,
Invented the Thermometer in 1593.

Isaac Newton (British) invented the Reflecting Telescope in 1670;

Howard Hathaway Aiken (U. S. A.) , lnvented the Digital Computer in 1944;

Frank Whittle (British) invented the Jet Engine in 1937;

Edwin H. Land (U. S. A.) invented the Polaroid Camera;

From 1926 to 1928,
John Logie Baird (Scottish) and Vladimir Zworykin (U. S. A.) invented the Television.

In 1895, Guglielmo Marconi (Italian) invented the Radio;

Rudolf Diesel (Germany) invented the Diesel Engine in 1893;

Alexander Graham Bell (U. S. A.) invented the Telephone in 1876;

Ideas of mankind on earth! ! !
To improve on life!
To mention the few;
Adventures of life on earth!
Muse of mankind on earth;
Floating along with Inventions! !
Like someone drinking honey and molasses.
