How can I claim my soul resides within
and not beyond the bounds of me,
When whispers from the unknown declare—
The soul is spaceless, timeless, free,
Eluding all comprehension?
How can I raise your gaze high enough
To grasp the soul's elusive mystery?
It is whole—undivided,
Defying all fragmentation.
Yours, mine, and all things—
Are but vessels of the same soul.
I refuse to dwell in illusions' shade,
To declare the soul distant, remote from me.
The soul is not a lost relic,
No object forgotten in some silent void,
Nor a drop longing to merge with the sea.
It is not a sound echoing solely in heaven,
But one that vibrates within our depths.
The soul is everything—
A resonance shared by you, me, and the stars,
Like a violin's bow drawing one voice
From two separate strings.
What is the instrument upon which
The song of the soul is spanned?
What divine musician holds this violin in hand?
Oh, sweetest song, eternal and whole,
The symphony of the undivided soul!
