How Can I Describe Salvation

How can I describe Salvation
From a personal point of view
It's a change from the inside out
That only God can do
Our enemy called sin
Has such penetrating power
Particularly blinding us to our need
Of Salvation in this hour

The gospel is hid to those who are lost
So the Bible says
And Satan has blinded each person's eyes
To prevent them from being saved
But praise God by His drawing power
He leads by His Spirit to believe
And every single seeking soul
Upon repentance will receive

So great Salvation in Christ the Lord
This is a gift from God
Bestowed upon each believing heart
As a token of His love
And Jesus death upon the cross
Procured a resolution
For for the penalty of my sin
He became sin's substitution

And offered up His life as such
The Lamb for sinner's slain
So Salvation by grace through faith alone
Could be literally obtained
I have been changed from the inside out
And Christ now lives in me
I came... I saw... I repented... I believed
Praise God for Calvary!

Such an outstanding presentation. Salvation is in the hand of God if a person has prays him instead of sins. I quote....... So great Salvation in Christ the Lord This is a gift from God Bestowed upon each believing heart As a token of His love And Jesus death upon the cross Procured a resolution For for the penalty of my sin He became sin's substitution Beautiful poem.
