How long does the heart have to hurt before it can heal
The heart is the biggest organ in the body,
The body cannot function properly without it,
From a romantic standpoint it can take a long time to heal,
You may develop a liking beyond friendship,
You may start out as friends,
People may have common interests,
They may have went to the same high school as you,
They stick in your head like glue,
They might have made you smile when you were in the hallway,
You have dreams about them that keep you awake and unable to sleep,
High school doesn't last forever,
I wonder if you ever still think about me because I can't stop thinking about you,
Every day is a constant battle to fight my demons for the way I feel about you,
I'll have to stand in the rain,
Thanks to you I might get a cold,
I don't want you to fade away,
First love is always hard to lose,
It's hard to turn the steering wheel in the opposite direction because I always want to keep running back to you.
