How much, my great lord, loves me!
He made earth a resting place...
...for me, and the heavens a canopy;
He sends down rain from the heavens...
...and brings forth food, fruit, and other...
...provisions for me;
Moreover, He doesn't let me go away...
...from his presence.

It is through his blessing that I always...
...glorify His holy name;
When doing his zikr, I glorify His name...
... and my heart blooms like a flower...
...in an arid dessert;
And it keeps blooming and emitting...
...divine fragrance through all seasons...
...be it too cold winter or hot summer.

In the Garden of manifestation, I smell...
...His divine fragrance in the spring breeze...
...purifying myself of the pungent smell...
...of my polluted nafs...
...that had caused me fall into the error...
...of duality.

He looks in the mirror of my eyes...
...giving cool and gentle touch...
...so that they view him as the one-reality;
He as such bestows awareness, and...
...enlightenment upon me;
Thus, I get peace of mind, contentment...
...of heart, and satisfaction of nafs...
...because my lord is pleased with me;
[al-ḥamdu li-llāhi rabbi-l-ʿālamīn]
All praise is due to Allāh, Lord of the worlds...
...the Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace!
