Hunger Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Hunger

You must let me drink potion
Of your love and quench my thirst
It may be tepid to my heart but
With its burn I would like to die first

You must wear me as kohl in
The shade of your beautiful eyes
I will remain close to your dreams
And feel the pain in your sighs

You must let me touch you
Play with you in silence of night
Don’t bother to let me live in you
It will fill your heart with delight
