Hunger In The Land Poem by Kingsley Egbukole

Hunger In The Land

Rating: 5.0

Painful funeral of very young a mother
Cries and wailings rent the air
Few minutes after interment
Same people fighting for food
Hunger in the land.

Hunger is a cruel reality for many. As human beings, we must live our faith by reaching out to others. Very meaningful.
