HUTSPOT

Hutspot is the simple meal
prepared annually
at the 3 October celebrations in Leiden

You cook potatoes
carrots and onions
together in one pan,
all first peeled and washed clean

Nowadays you drink that
with a finest Chardonnay wine
and the dish completed
with a delicious sauce
of your own choice
Yummie-yummie....
