I Admire An Athlete Poem by by her

I like him,
And I tell you he's handsome.
He brings me that adrenaline rush,
So strong it's like the toilet's flush.
He swings so high,
And somersaults up in the sky.
Rotates on the ground,
It makes me go round and round.
What's with you athlete?
You knock me off my feet.
I you can't answer my queries,
For you are living overseas.
But now I tell you,
Your looks aren't the most important thing.
Just to see you perform holding those rings,
makes my heart go running and jumping.
You're very dedicated,
And you train so hard.
That inspires me very much,
to keep on moving forward.
Athletes like you,
Courageous it's true.
Though many athletes,
In the Olympics took part,
I tell you sportsman,
You're the one who captured my heart.
Why is this so?
That's something I don't know.
But one thing's for sure,
You have that certain allure.
And it's not only in your face,
But what you did in the past few days.
Though you fell on the floor,
You continued your routine,
And up above you soar.
That was very magnificent!
I tell you, it was excellent!
That's the spirit, sire!
And that's the reason,
Why you're the one,
