I Am Lost Poem by Timothy Weiermann

I Am Lost

Rating: 5.0

She lays on a beach
Toes buried in the soft sand
Her heart's out of reach
No one's worthy of her hand

The moon drowns this night
Beneath the somber blue sea
And I lose my soul
And the tempted heart in me

The waves caress against her shore
And I am lost forever more

The tides crash, ever dark
The deep holds only gloomed light
For her eyes are closed
And the moon drowns this dark night

The waves caress against her shore
And I am lost forever more
