I Am So Happy Sometimes/And So Much Want To Live Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Am So Happy Sometimes/And So Much Want To Live

I am so happy sometimes
And so much want to live
And so much regret
That I will have to die
And lose my life and my happiness forever
I of course pray to God
For another world for myself and those I love
But somehow
This world
Being alive now
Seems too much to ever lose

Imagine how Hitler's, Germany's victims felt. Should we all not cry? For them. And the most tragic thing is that it could be repeated. Even in the United States. That's how low we so called humans are.......... Shame! Too good a word for heartless, infamy
