I Can’t Hear You Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

I Can’t Hear You

I can’t hear you…
You say covering your ears
Your loud monotonous voice
Sings a la, la, la cheer

Blocking out my words of advice
Your head is shaking… no dice
Is avoiding the issue really funny?
You can’t avoid the facts honey…
