I chat more with people
Find out their troubles
What makes them to struggle?
And how they set right by remaining humble

I let them know
When try to go
Near and touch their nerves
They are so polite" I observe"

"Why to speak of woes"?
When they come and go
It is we who have to face
Either smilingly or sadly in both the cases

I find them less worried
As responsibility is certainly carried
They know the philosophy
And always get ready

Smile when needed
Defeat is always conceded
But not carried in mind for long
Even if an attempt was wrong

Chat brings us close
With lot many problems to face
But solution is always there
When we speak frankly here
