I Didn't Listen
He called me,
I didn't listen,
He abused me,
I didn't hear,
He screamed in extreme agony and frustration,
Still I didn't pay attention to him,
But when he fell on the ground
And blood was oozing from his lips,
I ran to him anxiously
And hugged him with great love and affection.
