I feel so full of negative energy,
As if my soul is sick and dying.
Nauseated and dizzy,
Wanting nothing more than sleep,
I don’t know what to do,
Or where to turn.

I am so full of anxiety,
I worry all the time.
What to do, what to do?
Is there ever enough time?
I don’t know what to do,

I am constantly sick,
Is this real and why?
Why must I always be in pain
Or sick, I ask… why?
I don’t know what to do,

This is too much,
For anyone to bare,
I am tired, alone,
I don’t even care.
