I Don'T Miss You Poem by Moth Harris

I Don'T Miss You

It's been so long, why don't you get out?
You don't seem to understand what I'm trying to say.
I felt so wrong, why did you get out?
If you wanted to take it back today?

Haunted by the memories and all that I gave.
You never even tried to understand what I said.
I couldn't see it back then when I was so in love
but we're far better off dead.

'I don't miss you anymore'
and that's all I have left to say.

It's been so long, since I've seen your face.
Why don't you just get out and go away?
I felt so wrong, and I missed you for so long
but I don't miss you today.

Haunted by the damage you've done,
Wishing you didn't have selfish thoughts in your head.
I couldn't see it then but It's so clear to me now,
We were so much better off dead.

'I don't miss you anymore'
Is all I have left to say,
It's not like the days of yesterday.
'I don't miss anymore,
Please accept that I'm in love with her,
and be on your way.'

'I don't miss you anymore...'
That's all I have left to say.
