I Go Out For Work Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

I Go Out For Work

Rating: 5.0

As I open the windows
I watch the hawkers push
Carts with pots and pans
I hear the sound of siren
Of the approaching trains

A thin cover of mist still
Hangs low over the town
And buds are not yet open
I look at the dense clouds
In the sky blocking the sun

A whiff of cool wind beats
My face and I feel so good
With its soft and caring touch
I will be go out for work now
These scenes inspire me much
