I hear your voice, music to my soul
Sweet lyrical tones echoing throughout the day
Giving me purpose, resolve, overwhelming love.
Time now no longer pressing hard, so swiftly lost
But each minute a precious memory enshrined
Enhanced with your voice, lovingly cherished
Echoing like soft pealing bells, sweetest of sound.
I ever thought such a love could be for me
Until you entered my life overwhelming my heart
Giving such heights of joy and happiness
Making us soulmates, best friends until we die,
Sharing, encouraging, supporting, ever faithful.
You are part of me, the very beat of my heart
And wonderous reason for every breath I take.
