I've cried a thousand tears.
But tears can't bring you back.
I know becuase I've cried.
I've spoke the words.
But words can't bring you back.
I know becuase I've tried.

Stairs to heaven aren't there.
I know becuase I've looked.
Maybe one day we'll be together in heaven.
I know becuase I have booked.
And griefe has me hocked.

I wish the tears could bring you back.
My words are useless they can't do the same.
Becuase the cancer is to blame.
I miss you so much.
It hurts.

In memory of my grandad.
Who I'll always love and miss like no other
