I Know; But Not Poem by Mohammed Abideen Oluwalonsola

I know not whence I came; and either I go
but the fact stand clear that am here
in this world of pleasure and wow
I know that the earth exist,
it's none of my business why
I could find out what it's about,
but waste time to try
how easily all right wrong
if nobody shirked each one work,
to help his fellow along

No fate can keep us from the chosen way
we will be what we would be,
don't say 'it might have been'
heard not this or that
I don't like the phrase; 'it might have been'
We are here, that is all I know
It's none of my business why!
