The times I said nothing,
The times that I've gone mad.
The times I said nothing,
Things happen, goes bad...

The times I said nothing
and kept it to myself
The times I said nothing
like a dark thing coiled
The times I said nothing
is like feeling boiled.

It is too heavy for me
to drag and hide
something in me has
collapsed and died.

I need to release,
for me to exhale.
Before we make each other
suffer, bicker and fail.

When it becomes a pull and shove
It is the time to let me know,
I'm the only one that I must love...
