You used to love me
it wasn't hard to see
every time I'd look into your eyes I'd see just how you felt
just hearing your voice would make my heart melt
We'd be on the phone from the time I came home till I went to bed
if I didn't talk to you for some reason I felt dead
When we'd fight i felt the happiness slip away
it got worse with each passing day
the screaming started and I'd start crying unable to take the pain
there was nothing either of us would gain
from the fighting But We couldn't trust each other
but all I wanted was for us to be together forever
You tried to make us work make us last but in the end everything fell apart
when you called it quits my heart
felt like it was being ripped from my chest I couldn't stop from crying
If I said I didn't still love you I'd be lying
