I'M A Human Being Poem by Cathetel White

I'M A Human Being

I’m a human being,
Can’t always be the right.
Teaching myself with struggle,
As I lay in the night.

Mistakes have changed my soul,
Feels heavy with regrets.
It was once light as a leaf,
Showing its positive effects.

One moment can change your world,
That has been proved to me.
One mistake can change your soul,
Now that’s what I can see.

But this is the matter of acceptance,
Can’t be perfect as God.
Can learn from our mistakes,
That’s why we are odd.

I’m a human being,
Can’t always be the right.
